Fern had vomited out what I syringed this morning... maybe I gave her too much. She is still dehydrated. I will have to bring her to the vet if there is no improvement soon. Had also started her on antibiotics.
Ferns reminds me of a chubby cat i saw on a few occasions outside Chinatown Pt, same colour scheme. She will wander in and out of the building and very friendly. She disappeared after a while and altho i asked a few shops and even Chinatown Pt's security/info counter, no one knows where she went to. I just hope maybe her caregiver decided to move her elsewhere due to complaints perhaps. If u need help with Fern's vet bills, pls let me know. Pray that she will be ok soon.
She is very sweet. I will bring her to the vet now...she vomited again. Took her in yesterday after I found her on the 9th floor...can't take the risk of loosing her again. She is now in a cage in the bathroom. The 3 kittens show symptoms of flu.
Fern has been warded as she has high fever and needs to be on drip to rehydrate and get some nurishment. Thanks for the offer Jules, let's see how much the bill is...Hope the Chinatown Pt cat is okay wherever she is. Was she a tipped ear?
Yup, the chinatown pt cat was a tipped one but no one that i asked seems to know who looks after her. Yes, pray that she is happy and ok wherever she is, really sweet girl... I was quite heartbroken to find her missing, went back a few times to ask around before i gave up.
Fern was discharged on Friday. She is eating some dry food...not much. I am still syringing her wet food and Nutri-gel. She is now out on the balcony together with the 3 kittens.
Finally Fern is eating quite well on her own and Champ is also eating again. The kittens have started playing again. Fern and the kittens are okay together, just a little hiss from Fern if one of them comes too close. The sad part will be when I have to try train her to stay downstairs... especially with naughty Rocky around... but first she has to put on some weight and also need to de-worm her.
